Kanika Kapoor Coronavirus Controversy: Baby Doll Singer Once Again Tested Positive For COVID-19
Baby Doll singer Kanika Kapoor has made all the possible headlines, a few days back when she returned from her London trip and was tested positive for Coronavirus. To everyone’s shock, Kanika attended a few parties and social gatherings in a row, where she came in contact with hundreds of people. For the unversed, the Chitiyan Kalaiyan singer did not co-operate with airport authorities while coming back from the US. Reportedly, she even tried to hide her travel history. Ms. Kapoor hosted a party where BJP MP Dushyant Singh former Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje Scindia and other ministers were the attendees.

On Friday, after learning that the singer is a positive Corona patient, she was admitted to King George's Medical University (KGMU) Hospital in Lucknow where she was kept in isolation. Not only his, but she was even booked under Sections 188, 269, and 270 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Sarojini Nagar Police station, in the city. But now, after taking intense care and proper medication and tests, Kanika Kapoor has been once again tested positive for Coronavirus. Kanika’s second test for Coronavirus took place at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences.

Director of the Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), Dr RK Dhiman rubbished all the reports of Kanika’s room being dusty and had mosquitoes. Dr. Dhiman told Mirror, “The hospital staff at her disposal is for a four-hour shift during which they cannot eat or drink because they wear anti-infection equipment. Every four hours one team is “donned off” their gear and another shift takes over. The room is cleaned every four hours. Kanika Kapoor’s claims are all baseless. Kanika Kapoor has been provided with the best that is possible in a hospital. She must co-operate as a patient and not throw tantrums of a star in Lucknow.”

Meanwhile, the total number of novel Coronavirus cases in India rose to 433 (at the time of going online). (ALSO READ: Kanika Kapoor's Friend Who Was Present With Her At Taj Hotel Goes Missing; Lucknow Police Out On Search - Reports)
